Day One: ARRIVAL

Transfer to the hotel.

Enjoy a walk in of the capital.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day two: TUNIS

Visit the famous National Museum of Bardo,one of the most famous museums in the world, full of mosaics and Roman sculptures. This ancient palace of the nineteenth century was named a museum in 1882, during the reign of Ali Bey. After lunch, we enjoy a tour in the ancient Medinaanold, attractive and magnetic place. Tens of alleys, hundreds of shops stuffed with handicrafts, friendly salesmen, and thousands of shoppers, it all makes for an agreable sightseeing. The Medina encloses several major tourist attractions such as "Zeitouna" and other old mosques like Djama-Sidi- Mahrez, the city's most original mosques,as well as several old palaces which are now museums and souqs.TheMedina of Tunis gives you the chance to discovermadrasah (Islamic schools), Tourbet (family tombs), zaouia(mausoleum housing the tomb of a saint) and dar (noble houses) in the Mediterranean Basin. Finally we head to Tourbet el Bey, mausoleum of princes Husaynides. The souks of Tunis are particularly pleasant and colorful: gold jewelry, perfumes and the famous chicha (nice visits to craftsmen and traditional workshops). Then , we enjoy tea in a café on Avenue Bourguiba.

Day three: CARTHAGE - LA GOULETTE - SIDI BOU SAID - TUNIS

We pay a Visit to Carthage, the ancient punic city, destroyed and rebuilt by the Romans at their provincial capital proconsul of Africa which is now an upscale suburb of Tunis. The city still has many archeological sites mostly Romans. A world heritage of UNESCO since July 27, 1979, the ruins of Carthage provide a summary of the history of Tunisia from the foundation of the Phoenician city, in the eighth century BC to the Arab conquest in the seventh century AD. Founded by Elyssa-Dido, ancient Carthage is an amazing city. The view over the bay of Tunis is superb and the Punic district houses cling to the hillside.

On byrsa Hill, we will see the archaeological museum which has two superb Punic sarcophagus, then the Punic ports and the Antonine Baths. In the district of Salambo, we will discover the "Tophet" sanctuary of Tanit and Baal Hammon.

Lunch at the beautiful costal city "La Goulette".

By late afternoon we will walk in the charming village of Sidi Bou Said: decorated by blue and white, orange-lined streets, purple bougainvillea brilliance,It is the favorite residence of painters, musicians and poets.

Day four: DEPARTURE

Transfer to Airport, assistance with registration and return flight.
